I grew up in the Bay Area and currently live in Pleasanton,
California, with my wife Lynn, where we raised our two
daughters.
I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1980. In 1990
I became a mortgage banker. Since 1990 I have funded
thousands of mortgages with a 100% approval record. Every
client I have worked with to buy a home has had their loan
approved.
There are dozens of loan options today and each loan has particular
features and benefits. During your loan consultation, I will
help you determine what loan program will best serve your personal
long term and short term financial goals at the lowest overall
cost. During our consultation, I will help analyze the tax
savings benefits of home ownership and your monthly cash flow
objectives. I will also help you avoid the costly mistakes
many people make when obtaining a mortgage.
I specialize in residential loans, 1-4 units. Cherry Creek
Mortgage is a direct FHA and VA lender. We originate the
loan, we process the loan, we underwrite the loan, and we fund the
loan. As a mortgage banker and mortgage broker, I have access
to hundreds of sources nationwide to ensure you get the best
possible loan. I offer a wide range of loan options,
including fixed rate, adjustable, jumbo, second mortgages, Reverse
Mortgages, VA, FHA, STRS, interest-only, super jumbo, special
first-time buyer programs, zero point, and no cost
refinances.
